Update: Service Alert - Intermittent issues sending new emails to, & email accounts

How will this affect you?

It is possible outbound email from and accounts to the above Microsoft email addresses sent since the week of August 14th might not have been delivered due to a problem with the Microsoft email servers.

Any messages that are incoming to WCMC community ( and will not be affected.

What do you need to do?

If you sent emails to one of the Microsoft hosted addresses listed above, you may want to reach out to intended recipients via phone or via a different email address to verify they received the email(s). Please refrain from sending emails to users at these email systems until we confirm the issue is resolved. Microsoft has implemented a fix and expects the issue will be resolved by Monday, September 11th.

We will send an email communication and update here at the ITS Website on Monday September 11th with a status update.
