575 SMARTDesk Closure
Effective immediately, our SMARTDesk at 575 Lexington Avenue has temporarily closed. WCM faculty, staff, and students seeking IT support can visit the SMARTDesk at 1300 York in the Wood Library, or use one of our other support methods, including myHelpdesk and our Service Desk phone line at 212-746-4878. ITS will send out another message when the SMARTDesk at 575 reopens.
SMARTDesk at 1300 York: Weekend Closures, Alternate Directions
Effective immediately, our SMARTDesk at 1300 York Avenue will temporarily be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. WCM faculty, staff or students seeking IT support on the weekend should use myHelpdesk to open an incident or request.
Please note that the main entrance to 1300 York has been closed until further notice. To access the library, please enter through NewYork-Presbyterian at 68th Street. You can view our directions on how to navigate from 68th Street to the library.
ITS will send out another message when the SMARTDesk at 1300 returns to normal operations.
Extended Phone Support Hours Ending 3/27
The ITS Service Desk will be resuming regular hours of phone support – Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. – effective Monday, March 30.
Remote Work Assistance
ITS has a wealth of information online to assist users transitioning to remote work. These can be found on WCM Central’s COVID-19 site. We highly recommend reviewing this site prior to contacting ITS due to the high volume of calls and SMARTDesk visits we have been receiving. We regularly update our resource page based on the inquiries we receive from the WCM community.
