All Grant JV's requiring upload or release by Accounting must be received by/submitted to General Accounting no later than 12 pm on 6/3/2020. Entries submitted after the deadline will be posted to the following month.
All other JV's requiring upload or release by General Accounting must be received by/submitted to General Accounting no later than 12 pm on 6/4/2020.
Accounting Close for May is 6/5/2020.

All incurred P-Card transactions will be available daily

June 3, 2020 P-Card allocation and approval due
June Payroll Due Dates:
June 5th and 19th - Non-Exempt Time Sheets due in Finance
June 1st, 15th and 29th - Exempt Time Sheets due in Finance
June 17th - Supplemental Compensation Detail due by 5pm
June 12th - Payroll Date (NY)
June 26th - Payroll Date (NY) with Supplemental Compensation
June 16th - Payroll Date (Qatar)
June 25th - Payroll Date (Qatar)
