ITS is pleased to announce the launch of our new website, available at its.weill.cornell.edu. You can visit our site to find all of our content, plus some new features to enhance your experience.
What’s new
Aside from a cleaner look, you’ll also notice these key features to help you find information:
- New “How-To” section with training and guides, frequently asked questions, glossary, and links to WTMS and Lynda.com
- Dashboard of status updates, so you know when a service is undergoing maintenance or offline
- Better information categorization, allowing you to browse our services by your role at the college and by service category (e.g., email, business applications, etc.)
- Updated news feed to find information on what’s going on in ITS and the institution
- Updated service pages detailing features, costs, requirements, videos, and slideshows
- Sidebar providing Service Desk information (please note myHelpdesk page has also changed its design)
