With ITS contacting vendors directly, we can provide quotes for equipment at discounted prices.
How to Order
Computers & Printers
1. View our standard and customized options. See what's readily available to WCM staff on our Standard Computer Specs page. If you need something that is not listed on this page, fill out a Quote Request Form.
2. Determine if your device needs to be approved for Epic. While our Windows devices are compatible with Epic, take a look at other Epic-approved devices, like special printers and peripherals, and make sure to include the items in our Quote Request Form.
3. Place your order in SciQuest. Contact the person in your department responsible for purchase orders.
Note: Those designated to make orders for a department can find both Dell and Apple products in the Weill Business Gateway under the Purchasing Tab > Shop > SciQuest Catalog.
Select a model from our mobile device standards and submit a Mobile Request Form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Verizon customers can process upgrades and new lines on their own by visiting the Verizon Portal at vzw.com/mybusinessaccount, then clicking Register > Enter account number to complete online registration.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I want to buy one of the standard Dell bundles but need more memory or a bigger hard drive. What should I do?
A: Email email@example.com to request a quote with the modifications desired. The pre-configured bundles are set with options that allow for faster shipping. While things like hard drive and memory can be upgraded, there will be an additional cost and will require 2-3 weeks to configure.
Q: I want to purchase a Lenovo (i.e., the X1 Carbon). How can I purchase it?
A: Email firstname.lastname@example.org and a purchasing specialist will contact you to discuss your options. At this time Lenovo systems are not available using our new vendor, ePlus, and as such will not be eligible for the 8-day ship option. The Lenovo X1 Carbon is still considered an ITS standard device and can be purchased through CDW-G. However, these systems may require additional configuration by ITS before they can be connected (may not be eligible for our two day connect process).
