myHelpdesk

myHelpdesk is a self-service web portal that allows you to submit any issue or request online. When you fill out a simple form, your issue will be routed to our Client Services team to help fulfill your request or resolve your issues.

With myHelpdesk, you can easily:

  • Open a new incident
  • Track your incident's progress and resolution
  • Update your incident with additional information and attachments
  • Resolve and close your own incidents

This service is ideal for all users seeking IT support. Technical issues can still be reported to myHelpdesk by using any one of our other methods:

  • In person: SMARTDesk in the Library Commons at 1300 York Ave (Monday-Friday from 9 am-6 pm, Saturdays from 10 am-6 pm)
