Over the past several days, WCM has been dealing with an ongoing security incident affecting our Internet connection. We immediately activated our incident response teams to contain the issue, and our core systems continue to function. The issue is still ongoing. Therefore, systems which are sensitive to Internet connectivity such as email, Virtual Private Network (VPN), the Weill Business Gateway (WBG), and the Weill Research Gateway (WRG), will still experience intermittent slowness and interruptions as we attempt to recover normal services. We take this very seriously and have engaged our outside security services provider to assist with our investigation.
