The Joint Clinical Trials Office (JCTO) and ITS will be performing maintenance on Weill Research Gateway – Clinical Trials (WRG-CT). The site will be down at the following times:
- NYC: Thursday, October 23 from 5 p.m. – Friday, October 24 at 1:00 a.m. EDT
- Qatar: Friday, October 24 from 12 a.m. midnight – Saturday, October 25 at 8 a.m. AST

How Will This Affect You?
WRG-CT will be unavailable during the maintenance window. However, you will still be able to access all other applications in WRG, including Sponsored Programs, Human Subjects, Research Safety, Conflicts of Interest, and SPIN. Please plan accordingly and complete any transactions in WRG-CT prior to the maintenance window.
