myHelpdesk is a self-service web portal that allows you to submit any issue or request online. With a comprehensive catalog of IT requests, myHelpdesk quickly routes your request or issues to the right team so we can get you help quickly. Access to myHelpdesk requires a valid WCM, NYP, or WCM-Q CWID and password.
SMARTDesk
The SMARTDesk is located in the Wood Library to support for Weill Cornell faculty, staff, and students with in-person IT assistance. Visit the SMARTDesk to resolve technical issues, set up your mobile device, get WCM account help, and learn how to use ITS-provided software. Appointments are required and can be booked online.
