myHelpdesk is a self-service web portal that allows you to submit any issue or request online. When you fill out a simple form, your issue will be routed to our Client Services team to help fulfill your request or resolve your issues. Log in with your WCM CWID and password to access the portal.
The SMARTDesk is located in two convenient locations to offer convenient walk-up support for Weill Cornell faculty, staff, and students. Visit the SMARTDesk to resolve technical issues, set up your mobile device, get WCM account help, and learn how to use ITS-provided software. Appointments are required as of May 11th and can be booked online.
