With a comprehensive catalog of IT requests, myHelpdesk quickly routes your request or issues to the right team so we can get you help quickly. Access to myHelpdesk requires a valid WCM, NYP, or WCM-Q CWID and password.
The SMARTDesk is located in two convenient locations to offer convenient walk-up support for Weill Cornell faculty, staff, and students. Visit the SMARTDesk to resolve technical issues, set up your mobile device, get WCM account help, and learn how to use ITS-provided software. Appointments are required and can be booked online.
