- 24/7 Monitoring: Our dedicated team of experts monitors your system around the clock and troubleshoots infrastructure issues that may arise between the hours of 7am – 7pm during the work week. Off-hour response to issues is best-effort. This includes monitoring of network connectivity, CPU, Memory, and operating system disk space.
- Cost and Performance Optimization: We fine-tune your hosting environment for maximum cost and performance efficiencies.
- Automatic Backups: Regular automated backups are performed to protect your data in case of unexpected events and can be securely stored and restored whenever needed. This is optional and at additional cost.
- Support: We offer ongoing support and assistance with changes or resolving Microsoft Windows and RedHat Linux operating system-related issues. The application is the responsibility of the department or vendor.
- Data Centers: Onsite service is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. On-call service is provided 24x7x365.

ITS engineering resources that are used for non-ITS related changes, upgrades, and emergencies will incur additional fees. These include, but are not limited to:
- Vendor-supported software changes, upgrades, or troubleshooting
- Vendor-supported appliance installation and troubleshooting
- Vendor-supplied network component troubleshooting
- Emergencies caused by failure of the vendor-supplied system
- VM backup is disk-based with 30-day retention with off-site replication
- Physical server backup is disk based with 30-day retention and tape off-site for 12-month retention
- Server clones and snaps copies on request
