Online Forms
Faculty, staff and students wishing to request core ITS services can use the online forms available through myHelpdesk, under "Request Something." A valid CWID and authorization to submit forms are required to log into the application. Some commonly used services are listed below but be sure visit myHelpdesk for our full catalog.
- Account Services (e.g. file share access, shared mailbox)
- Device Connectivity and Support (e.g. connect or disconnect a device)
- Communication and Collaboration (e.g. AV, phones, distribution lists)
- Acquire Software (e.g. Adobe apps, Microsoft apps, Scientific Software)
WBG & WRG System Access Requests
Access to Weill Business Gateway (WBG), Weill Research Gateway (WRG) and/or PCard is done through the eForm Access Request tile. This tile is available in the WBG by default to all Department Administrators (DA), CAO’s, Department Designees (DD), Divisional Administrators (DivA), Managers and Supervisors.
