Voice Menus

Voice Menus provide a navigation path for incoming callers to select options to connect to a service or person. A voice menu system can be combined with call center services to direct callers to the right department or person based on the subject matter of the inquiry. Voice menus are also valuable to offer pre-recorded information during off-hours.
