myHelpdesk

WCM myHelpdesk is the place to go if you need ITS Support. It is a self-service web portal that lets you:

  • Open an Incident if you experience a technical issue, error, or outage 
  • Request an ITS product or service 
  • Access Knowledge articles and FAQs about how to use and troubleshoot IT products and services
  • Chat with an ITS Support technician if you have a quick question and need a speedy response

  • In person: SMARTDesk in the Library Commons at 1300 York Ave Monday-Friday from 9 am-5 pm, appointments preferred but walk-ins welcome
