WCM offers faculty, staff, and students access to two online learning portals for high-quality video tutorials, books, and guides:

• Skillsoft Percipio

All content is self-paced and available on almost any device, including iOS and Android. Simply search for a topic you are interested in learning about and select an appropriate course. Collectively, LinkedIn Learning and Skillsoft Percipio feature content including, but not limited to:

LinkedIn Learning and Skillsoft Percipio are part of a collection of training options at WCM. You can also use the following services:

• Staff Training System (LMS): Online learning management system that assists staff with WCM-specific training, such as HIPAA compliance and Weill Business Gateway.
• ITS Training & Communications: Our team of learning specialists can help you with in-person or webinar training on a number of topics. Contact its-training@med.cornell.edu for more information.
• Helpfiles: Our help documentation repository containing job aids and videos on a number of ITS services. Make sure you are on the WCM network to access this site.
• Library services: The Library offers a number of services that can assist you in your research.
