The Information Technologies & Services department (ITS) provides comprehensive IT infrastructure, management, service, and support for the Weill Cornell Medicine community. With its wide range of expertise in new and emerging technologies, ITS plays a vital role in advancing the institution’s mission in educational technologies, biomedical research, and patient care.
Our 300+ employees support more than 10,000 computer users, 1,000 servers, and numerous clinical, research, and administrative software applications. ITS staff's expertise and service offerings span all areas of technology, including programming and application development, website creation, application and database hosting, research data extraction and transformation, administrative reporting, security and privacy, network and desktop support, and assistance with contracts, software, and hardware purchasing.
We are eager to partner with faculty and departments in meeting your systems and software needs. We assist with grant writing and budgets, and we have shared staffing models to allow dedicated IT support for specific projects and departments.
