Our team of Liaisons help personally connect with our community as part of our commitment to delivering the right information at the right time.
Through collaborative partnerships across Weill Cornell Medicine’s tripartite mission, our Liaisons strive to:
- Provide personal, one-on-one on-boarding for newly hired WCM faculty to ensure their technology needs are understood and met;
- Check in regularly with existing WCM faculty to ensure their technology needs are understood and met;
- Gather and advocate for institutional needs within ITS, ensuring our service portfolio and technology roadmaps fulfill the academic and business needs of the institution;
- Bring information about new services, or changes to existing services, to their partners so that the business can understand our portfolio and leverage new services rapidly;
- Help escalate and coordinate high-priority issues, problems, and projects.
Liaison Team & Departmental Assignments
We encourage WCM faculty and staff to reach out to the Liaison assigned to their department directly.
