10/24: Maintenance affecting myHelpdesk, myEHS & HRSC

Description

On Friday, Oct. 24, ITS will be conducting an upgrade of our ServiceNow system from 7:30 p.m. – 11 p.m. which powers the following services: 

  • myHelpdesk (myhelpdesk.weill.cornell.edu)
  • myEHS (myehs.weill.cornell.edu)
  • HR Solution Center (hrsc.weill.cornell.edu)
  • ServiceNow web portal (sn.weill.cornell.edu)
