11/28 & 11/29: WBG maintenance affecting ERP system and BI Reporting

The Weill Business Gateway (WBG) will be undergoing maintenance over the holiday weekend in NYC affecting the following systems:    

ERP system (HCM and FI)

Both HCM and FI applications will be unavailable at the following times: 

• NYC: Friday, Nov. 28 from 2 a.m. – 8 a.m. EST
• Qatar: Friday, Nov. 28 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. AST  

BI Reporting

BI Reporting downtime will be extended to the following times: 

• NYC: Saturday, Nov. 29 from 2 p.m. – 8 p.m. EST
• Qatar: Saturday, Nov. 29 from 10 p.m. – Sunday, Nov. 30 at 4 a.m. AST
