NYP will be upgrading their phone system beginning Friday, Feb. 27 at 7 p.m. - until Saturday, Feb. 28 at 4 a.m.

How Will This Affect You?

  • There will be minimal phone impact.  
  • This will NOT impact call center agents, it only impacts regular desk phones.
  • All call processing will stay up.  
  • Phones that are not on calls will disconnect briefly (10 seconds) around 11PM, and will quickly reconnect back to the system.
  • Phones that are on active calls at that time will wait until the call is completed before reconnecting.
