How Will This Affect You?
- There will be minimal phone impact.
- This will NOT impact call center agents, it only impacts regular desk phones.
- All call processing will stay up.
- Phones that are not on calls will disconnect briefly (10 seconds) around 11PM, and will quickly reconnect back to the system.
- Phones that are on active calls at that time will wait until the call is completed before reconnecting.
