Tonight, Saturday August 22 at 1am, we will be conducting an urgent system maintenance of Epic. During this time Epic Hyperspace Production will be unavailable. Epic Read Only will be available.
- START DATE: Saturday, August 22nd at 1:00 AM EDT
- END DATE: Saturday, August 22nd at 1:30 AM EDT
Although full documentation mode will not be available at this time, all data will still be available in a read-only mode via the Epic Hyperspace Read Only (SRO) icon.
How Will This Affect You?
During this time, Epic Hyperspace Production will be unavailable. To view clinical information, use Epic SRO (Read-Only).
- If not clinically able to wait, use alternative communication methods or downtime procedures.
- For codes, staff should call the usual code phone number, tell the operator that there is a downtime, and ask them to follow downtime procedures. Core code team members should ensure they are also carrying the downtime code pagers.
