ITS is aware of an issue causing delays in some prescriptions sent via e-Prescribe arriving at the patient's pharmacy. For situations where it is urgent the prescription is processed immediately, contact the patient pharmacy directly.
Some prescriptions sent via e-Prescribe may experience a delay before they arrive at the pharmacy for fulfillment for the patient.
