ITS is aware of intermittent call quality issues throughout the enterprise. We are working with the vendor to resolve the issue.
11/18 11:45am Update: We are continuing to troubleshoot the issue but as of yet the issue is still occurring.
11/18 11:59am Update: A fix has been implemented and thus far it seems the issue is resolved but we are continuing to test.
11/18 12:00PM Update: Implemented fix is now working. For those that are encountering conferencing issue, please restart your device.
