ITS is aware of issues with Spectrum ISP users ability to connect to the VPN. We are monitoring the issue and working with peer institutions and our service providers to determine a root cause.
12/4 2:40pm Update from Spectrum: "Hello we have out engineering team working with our implementation team at this time. We are pending a resolution still but I will continue to keep you updated as we work on a resolution."
12/5 9:40am Update from Spectrum: "Good morning, we are still working with out backbone team, as soon as more information is present I would provide a more detailed update for you."
12/5 2:05pm Update from Spectrum: "We are still troubleshooting the issue. We performed an update on Tuesday night that affected two routers in NYC, we suspect routes back to WCM IP blocks, (and the IP bocks for a number of other institutions) are not on either router. "
Affected users who are working remotely will be able to connect to the internet and to the VPN, once more.
