Service Alert: Microsoft apps repeatedly prompting for Duo authentication

ITS is aware of an issue affecting Microsoft applications where users are being repeatedly prompted to authenticate through Duo. This is a known Microsoft issue and they are currently investigating. We are actively working with Microsoft to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
