What should I do if I cannot access the LMS? | Information Technologies & Services

If you are a student, fellow, NYP employee, affiliate, or temp employee, you cannot access the LMS through WBG. Instead, use this direct link: http://sf-lms.weill.cornell.edu

Enter your CWID and password in the corresponding fields and click Login. Prior to entering your CWID and password, you may be asked to select your primary institution from a list.

If you are a WCM employee and you cannot access the LMS or a course, please contact wbg-support@med.cornell.edu or call 212-746-4878, option 2 and provide the following information:

Your name
Your login information (i.e., email or username used to access course)
Your affiliation (e.g., WCM, NYP, etc.)
Your contact information (e.g., phone number and email address)
Name of the course
