New Enhancements to Resource Utilization Dashboard!

We’re excited to announce updates to the Resource Utilization Dashboard, reflecting your feedback and introducing several new features to improve visibility, accuracy, and usability.
Key Enhancements:
- The features and functionalities have been enhanced, along with improved formatting for a more user-friendly experience.
- A new cover page has been added to the dashboard, allowing easy navigation to different pages with a single click.
- Slicers have been repositioned to the left side and will remain expanded by default—no need to click buttons to access them.
- Concatenated slicers are now available for Project/Demand and Task, displaying both number and title in a single line.
- The Manager and Resource slicers have been combined into a single “Supervisor Hierarchy” slicer.
- The Project Portfolio and Operational Utilization pages have been refreshed with updated content and enhanced functionality.
- A brand-new Information page has been introduced, featuring key details, quick tips, and feedback links.
- The data is now connected to the enterprise source and automated via ServiceNow, with nightly refreshes.
- The two SAP Analytics Cloud stories related to efforts will be decommissioned soon, as the same information is now available within this dashboard.
- Benefit: A cleaner, automated, and more intuitive experience across all pages.
Access & Visibility:
- Access is based on your existing permissions.
- Dashboards appear automatically in Power BI Apps if your role includes access; if not listed, your role does not have access.

- Log into app.powerbi.com
- Click Apps
