ITS Training Request Form

If you are in need of assistance to learn commonly-used tools like Microsoft Office applications, WebEx, Avaya phones, SharePoint, or others, please fill out the following form. Your request for training assistance will be sent to our learning specialists, who will determine how they can best help you.

Depending on your needs, ITS Training can provide one-on-one sessions in person, online, or over the phone, as well as schedule training sessions with larger groups (e.g., your office needs training on Lync). We will make a best effort to schedule a session or provide assistance as quickly as possible based on our trainers' availabilities.

Please note that ITS does not provide Epic training. Contact epictraining@med.cornell.edu if you need to be trained on how to use the system. Additionally, troubleshooting issues should be sent to support@med.cornell.edu.

Please note we request at least 5 business days of advanced notice to schedule large group training sessions.
