We will be performing system upgrades on our ServiceNow/Weill Service Center site on Wednesday, March 20. The myHelpdesk, HR Solution Center, and myEHS sites will be offline March 20th at 7 pm - March 21st at 7 am.
How will this affect you?
- The myHelpdesk, HR Solution Center, and myEHS sites and all associated functionality will be inaccessible during the maintenance window and you will be unable to place tickets during this period. Please plan your work accordingly and use the site before or after the window.
- Emails sent to support@med.cornell, ehs@med.cornell, and hrsc@med.cornell.edu during the maintenance period may not be processed correctly.
- This system upgrade will improve the user experience, and new features will be introduced throughout the year.
- There will be no impact to current forms, workflows, or processes.
