Zoom AI Companion

ITS will be introducing Zoom’s new AI Companion feature during the first week of April! Learn how to use Zoom AI to: 

• Transcribe meeting audio and send summarized notes to the host
• Manage who can ask questions about your meeting’s transcript in real-time (host only)
• Catch up with discussion points if you’ve stepped away from the meeting
• Ask for action items, or questions/topics that were directed to you by name 

Our Zoom experts will also be on hand to answer questions on best practices regarding data protection, HIPAA, and more.
