DNASTAR offers bioinformatics software solutions for molecular biology, genomics, and protein sequence and structure analysis. Product Application specialist Thomas Leary will provide an overview presentation of DNASTAR Lasergene version 18, using real experiments and data for the live demonstration. The topics include:

• In-silico cloning and PCR primers design
• Sequence/plasmids annotation and editing
• Sanger/ABI sequence assembly and variants analysis
• Multiple and pairwise sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis
• Protein sequence and structure analysis
• Protein stability prediction (Hot spots scanning and protein mutationprediction)
