FI Month End Closing Schedule April 2026

All Grant JV's requiring upload or release by Accounting must be received by/submitted to General Accounting no later than 12 pm on  5/5/2026. Entries submitted after the deadline will be posted to the following month.

All other JV's requiring upload or release by General Accounting must be received by/submitted to General Accounting no later than 12 pm on 5/6/2026.

Accounting Close for April will be Thursday, May 7, 2026.

April  PCard Due Dates:

May 5, 2026:  P-Card allocation and approval due

May Payroll dates:

May  1st, 15th and 29th - Non-Exempt Time Sheets due in Finance
May 11th and 25th - Exempt Time Sheets due in Finance
May 13th - Supplemental Compensation Detail due
May 8th - Payroll Date (NY)
May 22nd - Payroll Date (NY) with Supplemental Compensation
May 7th - Payroll Date (Qatar
May 21st - Payroll Date (Qatar
