Find the software you need with the Scientific Software Hub

The Samuel J. Wood Library currently holds licenses to over 35 scientific software products that can assist you with your research at Weill Cornell Medicine. To help you explore and gain access to these programs, we’ve recently launched the Scientific Software Hub.

The Scientific Software Hub is the central location to find documentation, tutorials, support, and downloads for the products that best meet your needs. From the Hub, you can view lists and details of all available software, register for update alerts, and download or request a license. The Hub also provides information and access for a wide range of biomedical databases and applications, like i2b2 for clinical data, software for health services research, and several bioinformatic databases.

If there is specialized software that you’d like that you think others might want as well, the Software Hub can help with that too. If you click “Register interest in software” on the Hub’s main page, you can either express interest in software that WCM researchers have already suggested, or suggest a new program.

The Scientific Software Hub can be found at softwarehub.weill.cornell.edu, and can also be accessed via the menu from the Library home page.
