The ITS Service Desk will be closed on Monday, February 17 in observance of Presidents' Day. This includes both phone support and walk-in service at the SMARTDesk in the Wood Library.
If you require assistance after hours, please email support@med.cornell.edu and one of our technicians will respond as soon as possible.
We will resume our normal hours of operation on Tuesday, February 18 (see schedule below).
