All Grant JV's requiring upload or release by Accounting must be received by/submitted to General Accounting no later than 12 pm on 4/3/2020. Entries submitted after the deadline will be posted to the following month.
All other JV's requiring upload or release by General Accounting must be received by/submitted to General Accounting no later than 12 pm on 4/6/2020.
Accounting Close for March is 4/7/2020.

All incurred P-Card transactions will be available daily

April 3, 2020 P-Card allocation and approval due
April Payroll Due Dates:
April 10th and 24th - Non-Exempt Time Sheets due in Finance
April 7th and 21st - Exempt Time Sheets due in Finance
April 8th - Supplemental Compensation Detail due by 5pm
April 3rd - Payroll Date (NY)
April 17th - Payroll Date (NY) with Supplemental Compensation
April 2nd - Payroll Date (Qatar)
April 16th - Payroll Date (Qatar)
April 30th - Payroll Date (Qatar)
