The following changes in ITS support services will be effective on Monday, May 11:
Expanded hours at the Service Desk
Our Service Desk will be expanding its hours from 6 a.m. – 8 p.m., Monday-Friday. WCM faculty, staff, and students seeking IT support can contact our technicians by phone at 212-746-4878 for assistance. myHelpdesk remains another option to report issues and make requests at any time.
Changes at the 1300 SMARTDesk
Appointments are now required to visit the SMARTDesk in the Wood Library. You can make an appointment online for a time that fits your schedule. Additionally, the main entrance at 1300 York Avenue will be reopening on Monday, so you can easily access the library from there.
Our 1300 location continues to operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. The SMARTDesk at 575 Lexington remains closed until further notice.
