The Weill Cornell Management Console is tentatively scheduled to replace the Physician Organization Profile System (POPS) on April 28, 2026. If you are a current POPS user, more details will be provided by our Digital Engagement Services team to help you transition over to the new Management Console.
The Weill Cornell Management Console grants access to administration and faculty of the Physician Organization (PO) to manage their web presence on WeillCornell.org, the PO's central website focused on patient care services at WCM.
With the Management Console, you can access a user-friendly interface to update information on WeillCornell.org:
Provider and location data, including fields like preferred name and uploading a professional headshot
Specialty terms, including ABMS and “practicing” specialties (new specialties can also be requested for review by our governance board)
Expertise terms, including condition, treatment, and procedure services (new Expertise terms can also be requested for review by our governance board)
Profile videos that provide details about your office and patient care
Badges for “Tops Doctors,” “Rising Star,” and “Children’s Health Hospital”
The Management Console is available to eligible users at no cost.
To access the Management Console, you must meet the following requirements:
Provider Profiles: Must be a member of the Physician Organization or a departmental employee that as received training and provisioned access
Business Entity Profiles: Office must be managed administratively by Weill Cornell Physician Organization
If you are off campus, you must log in with Cisco Secure Client VPN to ensure you are on WCM’s secure network
