ITS will be installing an update that will address a security vulnerability in Zoom for both Windows and Mac devices. The update will begin on Friday, May 15 at 8 p.m. and continue until the evening of Friday, May 22.
You can continue to use Zoom as usual, but note that after May 15, you may receive a notification the next time you log into Zoom to update the application. You will only need to accept the update once and the Zoom application will restart when the update is complete.
Completing the update is quick, but we recommend signing into your next important meeting a few minutes early to accept the update without disrupting your Zoom session.
