How to use NYP voicemail system

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital changed its voicemail system to ESNA in November 2015. As a result, certain WCM employees who work at NYP are affected by this update.

Who needs these guides:

• A WCM employee on a hospital phone with a 212-746-XXXX number

Who does not need these guides:

• Any WCM employee on a WCM-tagged phone
