Some advantages:
- The report provides a clear view of workforce trends, including Headcount, hiring, promotions, terminations, and turnover. This visibility will allow leaders and management to proactively address areas like attrition risk and talent gaps.
- They will reduce time and resources spent on manual report preparation (mainly excel spreadsheets).
- Lastly, by standardizing metrics across the organization, these reports ensure that everyone is working with the same data. This creates a single source of truth for all workforce-related analytics.
