What is Learning Status?

We launched three Learning Status Dashboards for Departments, Managers, and Learning Administrators. These dashboards are designed to give you clear insights and a visual overview of key learning metrics to help your department stay on top of learning activities and minimize compliance risks. The dashboards were also developed just in time to help departments track “Preparation to Teach at WCM,” ensuring faculty meet all compliance requirements.

The Learning Status Dashboard allows you to:

• Analyze workforce-related learning data, including completion status and completion dates.
• View Employees/Non-Employees within Organization Unit: Displays detailed employee information within specific organizational units for granular workforce analysis. Only includes employees in your unit.
• See a high-level learning summary of all users available to your role, segmented by organizational units and classifications.
• Export data for additional analysis or reporting. 

How do you access the Solution?    

1. Log into app.powerbi.com 
2. Click Apps   
3. Click on the app below based on your access:

• Learning Status for Departments
• Learning Status for Managers
• Learning Status for Learning Administrators

Learning Status access depends on your existing level of access.
