ITS will be conducting a maintenance to update Cisco VPN on Thursday, July 20, from 9 p.m. – 11 p.m.
How will this affect you?
During the maintenance, you should not experience any interruption in service. However, the next time you log into VPN after the upgrade, you will see a prompt that will install the upgrade on your device.
What do you need to do?
Please allow VPN to complete the upgrade installation when you log in after the maintenance. You will see the application updated in your computer as Cisco Secure Client.
If you need to find VPN on your computer, search for Cisco Secure Client on your computer, or look for the updated app icon in your Start Menu (Windows users) or under Applications in the Finder menu (Mac users):
