ITS Service Desk closed for MLK holiday

In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the ITS Service Desk will be closed on Monday, January 19. This includes phone support and in-person assistance at the SMARTDesk in the Library Commons.

What do you need to do?
Please note that if you experience a technical issue during the holiday, you can always submit a ticket via support@med.cornell.edu or myhelpdesk.med.cornell.edu, and one of our technicians will respond as soon as possible.
