The department of Information Technologies & Services (ITS) has now completed the compatibility testing for Snow Leopard and supported applications for Mac. We have certified Snow Leopard for most of the applications and is now fully supported by ITS.
Please be advised that ITS will not provide support for applications such as iLife and iTunes. ITS can guide users through basic setup and use of these applications as well as recommend other resources for a more in-depth guide or "how-to." In addition, users will need the operating system media (i.e. installation DVD) to install applications such as Quicktime version 7.
To purchase a license for Snow Leopard, please contact the ITS Computer Sales group at csg@med.cornell.edu.
