New project management courses open starting Fall 2025

Learn project management fundamentals directly from our experts! ITS has just released eight more courses of our Project Management training from Fall 2025 to Summer 2026. This online course is ideal for WCM staff interested in efficiently managing projects in their own departments. 

Course Topics

Our seasoned PM facilitators will be offering live instruction over Zoom. Each course consists of five 1-hour classes on: 

• Intro to Project Management & Methodology
• Chartering & Budgeting
• Planning a Project 
• Monitoring & Controlling
• Closing a Project
