New SMARTDesk@575 now open!

The new SMARTDesk@575 is now open in Midtown! 

Location: 3rd Floor of 575 Lexington, next to reception area

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Employees can enjoy many of the same services provided at our Library SMARTDesk location:

• tag a device and get it encrypted
• troubleshoot issues
• install software
• sign-out a loaner Windows laptop for temporary use, events, international travel
• ask our service technicians any IT-related questions. 

In the future, ITS plans to expand the services for the SMARTDesk@575, such as providing audiovisual assistance. No appointment is necessary. The schedule for the SMARTDesk in the Library will remain the same, and is available below and on our website.
