Effective immediately, ITS has reduced the hours of our SMARTDesk located in the Wood Library at 1300 York Avenue. Hours will now be Monday – Friday, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Please note that our SMARTDesk at 575 Lexington Avenue remains closed at this time.
Accessing the SMARTDesk at 1300
The main entrance to 1300 York has been closed until further notice. To access the library, please enter through NewYork-Presbyterian at 68th Street. You can view our directions on how to navigate from 68th Street to the library.
ITS will send out another message when both of our SMARTDesk locations return to their normal schedules.

The myHelpdesk website and phone line (212-746-4878, M-F 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.) are still active. You can also visit its.weill.cornell.edu/remote if you have specific questions on tools needed to work remotely.
