Starting Monday, Mar. 16, ITS will be opening SMARTHub locations specifically designed to assist faculty, staff, and students with remote work set up. Staff at these hubs can help you:
- Tag or configure your institutionally purchased device
- Ensure your personal device meets standards for remote access
- Install VPN and Citrix software, depending on your needs
- Install MobileIron and Duo on your mobile device to gain access to WCM resources
- Install Epic mobile apps on tablets and smartphones
- Provide guidance around the best remote access solutions for you

Our existing SMARTDesk locations at 1300 York and 575 Lex will remain open with additional staff to help you with remote access setup or other technical support needs.
