ITS is pleased to announce that the SMARTDesk has extended its regular hours of operation to Sundays! Starting
Sunday, June 1, you can visit the SMARTDesk in the Library Commons from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. for help with tech support
issues.
About the SMARTDesk
The SMARTDesk offers convenient walk-up IT service for
employees and students at Weill Cornell. While you can come to the SMARTDesk for virtually any IT-related issue, the
most common reasons to visit are:
- Tagging and setting up your mobile device to access Weill Cornell services while you wait
- Resolving issues with your laptop or mobile device
- WCMC account help, such as password or login issues
- Learning how to use ITS-provided software like Microsoft Office applications, library programs, and more!
Appointments are not necessary; please feel free to stop by the SMARTDesk near the main library entrance.
