ITS is pleased to introduce myHelpdesk Mobile, a new app that lets you access all the key features of myHelpdesk from your mobile device.  

What can you do with myHelpdesk Mobile? 

  • Open and view ticketsmyHelpdesk Mobile makes it easier than ever to open or view an active request or incident, and sends notifications to your phone when a ticket has been updated. 

  • View your devices: Easily keep track of all devices registered to you as user or owner, including phone extensions and software licenses.  

  • Search the ITS Knowledge Base: Have a question about how to use an ITS app or service? Now you can browse our extensive Knowledge Base from your device

How do I get myHelpdesk mobile?
