12/19: Student Information System upgrade

Description

ITS will be conducting an upgrade for our Student Information System, also known as Jenzabar, to enhance the Student Financial Services process of 1098-Ts, and implement other improvements. The upgrade will affect our New York and Qatar campuses and the following times: 

  • NYC: Friday, Dec. 19, from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. EST
  • Qatar: Saturday, Dec. 20, from 2:00 a.m. – 3:00 a.m. AST

How Will This Affect You?

This upgrade will affect Jenzabar users at our New York and Qatar campuses, including educational staff (Registrar’s Office, Student Accounting, and Financial Aid), students, faculty, and IT teams who manage Jenzabar. The following services will be unavailable as we upgrade the system: 

Additionally, you may experience intermittent connectivity as our technicians test the system after the upgrade.

Please plan accordingly and complete any pressing transactions in the Student Information System prior to the upgrade.
